Minimum order
We welcome all orders from our old and new buyers but entertain minimum order.
200 grams for following items each design. It saves cost both for buyer and us.
Beads, headpins, Ear wires, Toggles, chandelier, Charms, Chain.
25 pieces minimum for clasp and any quantity for jewelry .

1. How much is shipping fees to India domestics?
   
   Dhruv Impex at your own cost guarantees to deliver products to all cities across India and states all over India. Dhruv Impex shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.


2. How much is shipping fees to international countries?
   
   Important note: international buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.
   
   Carrier delivery time may vary on destination country. Sometimes it may take longer than normal delivery time due to unfortunate reasons (such as package is held at custom/duty for inspection).    USPS First Class Mail International may take 12-20 business days USPS Priority Mail International may take 9-12 business days USPS Express Mail International may take 4-9 business days.
   
   Shipping cost depends on weight, value of order. It is advised to order by add to cart, after confirmation of order we will send you actual cost of shipping to your door.

3. Can I ship to P.O. Box address?
   
   Yes, we ship to P.O. box address via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. USPS Express Mail is NOT available because it requires your signature.


4. Can I ship to APO/FPO address?
   
   Yes, we ship to APO/FPO via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. USPS Express Mail is NOT available because it requires your signature.


5. When will my order ship?
   
   Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors. In Order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly email the order number or item codes. As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed within 48-72 hours of the Order being placed with Dhruv Impex. Expected shipment time is 15-21 business days, all other factors being optimum.
   
   If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
   However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts.
   In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.


6. How do I track my order?
   
   If you are a registered user, you can track order status from "My Account" page. If you are not a registered user, contact us for your order status. After your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation email which contains shipping carrier tracking number.

Return and Exchange

1. What is your return policy?
   
   Dhruv silver jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping fee if any) within a 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. We inspect all items before they are shipped. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewelry and should not be considered as defective.
   
   Item that has been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged. Restocking fee may apply to those items which don't meet return policy. Dhruv silver keep return policy simple. We only require item to be in original condition along with packaging and tag MUST be attached.
   Return within 30 days of purchase date. No question asked.
   
   *A claim has to be filed within 7 days of receiving if your order is damaged and incomplete upon arrival.

Order and Payment

1. How do I pay for my order?
   
   We accept Bank transfer wire. We also accept PayPal


2. Can I pay with money order or check or cash?
   
   We are sorry that we don't accept money order or check or cash. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you.


3. Do I have to pay sales tax?
   
   If order is shipped to Indian state, you must pay 1% sales tax on your order. If order is shipped outside of India, there will be no sales tax.


4. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
   
   Yes! We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. When you make a purchase online from us, your card information is protected by one of the most widely used and trusted security systems on the internet.(PayPal) and our website is scanned and tested daily for malware/virus.
